If feeling triggered by the traumas of the past accompanied with guilt, low self esteem, grief, shame, fear and loss, I am here to work with you to navigate through them and enhance your self awareness, providing clarity, alongside a space for honest expression

ABOUT ME

I am a qualified trained integrative therapist with a PGDip in Counselling and Psychotherapy, (BACP accredited),obtained from the University of East London, an institution with a high ranking in the psychological field. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from various methodologies such as Cognitive behaviour therapy, psychodynamic, and person-centered techniques. This flexibility allows me to assist clients in challenging their core beliefs, setting achievable goals, and meeting them where they are in their journey. Embracing difference and inclusivity is a practical aspect of the work I do adhering to the BACP professional ethical guidelines.

With over five years of experience in mental health, particularly in anxiety, bereavement, trauma, and depression, I have worked extensively with the NHS. My services are designed for students, individuals in the creative industries, couples, and anyone in need of support during challenging times. Let’s start with a little talk and see where it leads.
